Online Return Policy
We all know that finding the right fit can be hard. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your items, we will gladly work with you to find the right size, style, merchandise credit, or refund all together, as long as you meet our return standards.
We will accept returns up to 21 days from your order ship date (you will receive a fulfillment email once your order ships). All returned items must have original tags, be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were purchased. We are unable to accept damaged or altered merchandise for a refund or exchange.
A full refund will be issued if we find the item(s) to be in good condition with all tags upon receipt of arrival. Store credit is also available. We are unable to accept returns without prior approval. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on final sale items.
To request approval for a return please email us at email@example.com. We will send you a return authorization form to be completed and included with your returning items.
Returns will be processed 3-5 days after we receive your package.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Late returns (received after 21 days from the original order ship date) will only be issued store credit and be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Returns received after 30 days from the original order ship date will not be accepted and will be returned.
Damaged or items in worn condition will not be accepted for a refund or store credit. Please be mindful when opening packages. We are unable to accept items damaged in transit or while being opened.

In Store Returns
Online returns can also be brought to the store to be returned. In store returns will be accepted and refunded up to 21 days from the order ship date assuming all item(s) are unworn, unwashed, non altered, and not damaged with original tags attached and original receipt is present. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on final sale items.
If you are purchasing a gift (lucky her!), we are happy to wrap it and include a note before shipping it out. Please specify if your order is a gift and your personal message during checkout.
Due to the unique character of our jewelry lines that use semi precious stones, slight color variations can sometimes occur. Please be aware of this when purchasing jewelry.
We ship using USPS. Shipping options are available at checkout, rates vary due to package weight and location desired. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Currently we only ship to the United States.
In Store Pick Up
If you would like to pick your item up in the store, please use the code “in store pickup” at checkout, or select the In Store Pickup option in the shipping options provided at checkout. Your item(s) must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present along with the credit card used to purchase the item. Anything ordered after 3 p.m. CST will result in next business day processing. (Note – this option is currently unavailable, however, will be available again when we open our new store front.)
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you had your eye on is out of stock all together or just in your size, please feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you find a new item or let you know if a reorder has been placed.
Our website is a direct reflection of our inventory at our physical location. While we try our best to keep an accurate stock count on our website, an item shown online could sell in store before that is reflected on our webstore. We do not expect this to happen often, however, in the event of this happening, in store sales take precedent over web store sales, and your card will be refunded within one day of purchase.
